- Return should be within 7 days.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.
- Item has been lost (either internationally or nationally).
- Item is damaged (physical damage to the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage)
- Platinum Medical Systems wasn’t able to meet the delivery terms agreed upon (items were delivered later than what was promised).
- Wrong/different items from what have been ordered (according to the description provided by the seller).
- In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date (including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
- Due to the current circumstances, all refunds may take up to 15 calendar days.
