For heavier products or need larger packaging, please contact us to find out the additional shipping cost. There may be additional cost for delivery outside the borders of the following cities: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah.

If there are any additional costs, a Platinum employee will contact you to clarify this before preparing the order delivery.

Customs additional costs that may apply in some countries to shipments outside the United Arab Emirates are borne by the recipient in the country of delivery.

Request identity when delivering products

Ensure that the products are delivered to the correct person, as PME asks you to show your personal identification and verify your information upon delivery.

If you are unable to guarantee your identity for any reason, we reserve the right not to deliver the products and to cancel the order.

 

Return policy

If you reside in the United Arab Emirates and are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you can return your order within 7 days of the date of purchase. Returned products must be in the same condition that you arrived with their original packaging and / or packaged.
